At that point I realized that I could breathe so much better and somehow I could see my bronchial tubes when I looked in the mirror.

I find myself in an unfamiliar apartment but it feels comfortable to me because i'm there with a friend. My friend is surfing through tv channels to find something for us to watch because there is nothing else to do. We found a movie playing which was some kind of drama between three people however it was so strange because although the movie was played by human actors it was based on events that three sharks had in the ocean...weird. I hear a knock at the front door and answer it, and to my disgust I find this huge, strange looking translucent creature staring at me.
